This blog is just about everything under the sun. It is really my diary....I jot out events that leave a lasting impression on me. It could be anything; relationships, business, culture...writing provides me a release from everyday stress and I take refuge in it very often. It gives me a lot of pleasure.

Amazed to know tht there are still birds left there. :)
Your bird pictures are terrific, specially the Great Hornbill, Green Bee-eater and Tawny Fish Owl which is a rare owl. I like your spirit of travelling when ever you get a chance. You are constantly enriching us with your postings ! TFS !

@Resh...thanks so much!
@Tomichan, I know, I was pleasantly surprised to sight quite a few birds...I am going back there again...
Lovely birds and pictures. I am in owe of the owl :)
Lovely captures!
Corbett because of its vast and varied habitat with plenty of water and food makes it a paradise for birdwaters. However a lot of tourists miss the birds while driving away in search of the tiger.
@Singhalok, Thanks, yes, the so am I. Loved the Owl!
@AmitAag, thanks so much!
@Indiawilds, I agree, tiger sighting does take precedence, the variety of birds in the Dhilaka zone is certainly not to be missed...
